High Impact Door Sets

Traditional wood veneer or painted doors have proved to be unsatisfactory for many high usage environments where impact damage causes high maintenance costs, disruption and possible safety issues.

ZPL High Impact Door Sets are individually manufactured for any requirement using specialist materials to provide a quality and style of finish previously unavailable. All sizes and styles of door are available, manufactured to lightweight or solid fire resistant construction complete with any glazing or ironmongery requirements.

Manufactured with frames to suit any wall thickness or as doors only to fit into existing frames, ZPL doors are tailor made to your specification giving you flexibility of design. ZPL can also provide a full installation service if required to guarantee a quality finish.

Now available with a formed ZPL removable edge section, ZPL door sets will provide a long lasting, impact resistant finish for traditionally vulnerable areas.

• 2mm thick high impact Acrovyn facing on all doors and frames.
• All leading edges thermoformed for a strong joint free finish.
• Any type or size of vision panel incorporated, including flush finish both sides!
• Wide range of colours available including woodgrain finish and alternative colours on each door face.
