ZPL High Impact Fire Rated Door Sets are available in all sizes and styles giving complete flexibility of design. Manufactured with fully encased frames to suit any wall thickness, or as doors only to fit existing frames, available with ZPL removable edge section, all giving long term low cost maintenance.
Together with the above products we also offer ZPL Hygienic Cladding together with a range of angles and channels fabricated in our factory from the Acrovyn range of colours.

ZPL Hygienic Wall Cladding is a range of extruded PVC sheets developed to provide a quality finish suitable for a wide range of applications in Food Processing, Pharmaceutical, Catering and Healthcare Environments.
ZPL Hygienic Wall Cladding provides a long lasting, easy clean, chemical and moisture resistant finish. Installations are tailored to suit individual requirements and designs. When incorporated with our PVC encapsulated door sets and ceiling plank systems, it can create an environment unobtainable when using traditional finishing materials.
